(1) - Tucson's time zone ?

Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time.  We are on Mountain Standard Time all year, which is the same time as Pacific Daylight Time.  It means that we have the same time as the mountain states in the winter (Oct. to Apr.), while in the summer (Apr. to Oct.) our time is the same as the West Coast.  We are two hours earlier than the East Coast in winter and 3 hours earlier in summer.
